Antique mini side car

It is a very nice piece of vintage tin toy. Such vintage novelty toys are being offered at auction on a regular basis.
The motorcycle and sidecar is made of tin that has been decorated with white/creamcoloured white paint. It is very detailed and has many nice features. Unfortunately the motorcar is not marked which makes it difficult to determine where it was made. However this type of toy was popular worldwide in the middle of the 1900s. Because of its quite large size it could have been made in Japan where many of these types of toys were produced in the 1940s and 1950s.
It has some signs of wear and usage however it also appears to be without any major restorations or faults.

I believe that the motorcycle with sidecar would attract the attention of both collectors and dealers if it came up for auction.
The estimate provided is for a well-advertised specialised online vintage toys auction, where I believe the motorcycle and sidecar has the best chance of realising its fullest potential. However, there is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the nice piece of tin toy. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.
