2.5 inch tall gold Cameo brooch /pin. Materials consist of ivory, shell, diamond. Unsure if it's 10k or 14k gold. It is old style raised carving of face with pointy nose and chin. Includes small diamond and bail for hanging.

It has been in the family for over 60 years.

This vintage feminine piece features an intricately carved ivory cameo and diamond. Surrounded by an octagonal frame with diamond. The large oval image features the profile of a lovely young woman looking to the side with flowers accenting her shoulders. There is nice relief to the carving with finely detailed features.
