The presented object appears to be an etching print on paper with the measurements of 5 3/4” x 3 7/8”. the print depicts the house of the famous British poet William Shakespeare and has the title "Shakespeare’s House". This print was made by the artist Allen Ray and is dated 1928. Ray mainly depicted views from famous British sights.
Works by this artist were recently offered and sold on the international auction market.
This piece is in medium condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided. The print is fixed with self-gluing stripes which damaged the original paper.
A fair market estimation would be between 15 to 40 USD.
