What does this mean?

Thank you for contacting Mearto. This is a Chinese porcelain dish with the mark of the Qianlong (1711-1799) emperor on the base. Chinese porcelain reproductions abound, so the date markings are not to be trusted.
The monochrome blue and white palette and gold accent is very well painted. The dragon motif symbolizes auspiciousness in Chinese culture.
My estimate is contingent upon this being a late Qing era reproduction of authentic Qianlong ware.
Based on sales of similar pieces, the Fair Market Value of this dish is between $100 and $150.
