These are four plates from a set of 20 plates from the "Russian Legends" collectible plates, made by Tianex in the 1980s. A complete set might bring as much as $1,000 but with just four, you're probably looking at $150-250 for the set of four if they were to go to auction, assuming they are in good condition. They are mostly transfer-print decorated, with some 18K gold detailing.
