These are 2 of what it looks like oil painting signed by a R. Boren and Tim W Bought both of them about 20 years ago , would like to know if they are worth anything. Never framed them they but they are in excellent condition, not bent or cracked..

Thank you very much for submitting your items for appraisal. In the future, we typically charge $25 for the appraisal of a single item, but I've gone ahead and appraised your two paintings here, given their relatively low value.
The painting which depicts the Eiffel Tower and is signed "Tim W." is an amateur work and there exists no auction record for this particular artist. I would estimate the fair market value to be around $10-20.

This piece is also not of particularly high quality, but I would estimate the current fair market value to be $100 to 200 based on previously achieved auction results. To set realistic expectations, I would suggest an asking price of $100.
