Barbie was - and still is - a much loved but mass-produced toy and there are MANY of these on the market, in all stages of preservation. If this had the original box, it would be worth about $500
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:

A vintage Mattel Barbie
circa 1959, probably A 3 model
blond Barbie with several original outfits, including two black and white swimsuits, black cocktail dress, a red and white checked shirt and jeans, two blue sun dresses, two or three jackets (including faux fur white jacket), pink evening gown, and some accessories. No stand or box.
