It has a metal (brass?) base with two dancers wrapped around it. The dome is glass (i believe) and removable. The base is 6” wide & 6.5” tall Ruth out the blue dome. That measures 4” tall & 4.5” wide The bulb base to top of bulb is 3” It’s heavy! No markings on bottom The bulb holder says “Leviton Patented”

"LEVITON PATENTED" refers to the fitting rather than the maker of the lamp, which would have acquired the fittings in bulk from a fittings supplier.

Surmounted by a bell-shaped blue and white studio glass shade, raised over a standard flanked by dancing girls wearing short skirts and high heels, on a modeled oval base.

CONDITION: some oxidation to the underside of the lamp base
