The presented object appears to be a U.S. Springfield Model 1894 Krag .30-40 bolt action rifle. The rifle is stamped by "U.S. Springfield Armoury", the Model number "1894." and the serial number "1519". The serial number dates this piece into the year 1894 which means it was made in the first year of the start of the production.
This piece is in medium to good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
