15'10" x 12'9" Oushak rug. Primary color is red. The rug is in good condition with original patina.

The rug was bought at auction from the estate of a well established and respected antique rug dealer and historic preservationist in Maryland. It had been at one point, in his home.

With a dominant red palette, designs in relief done throughout, stylized medallions in gray and brown, with selvedges.
