The presented object appears to be a Howdah percussion lock pistol with a length of 13 inches. It has an octagonal barrel, a checkered walnut stock ornamented metal appliques, and a lockplate. It has proof and guarantee stamps of the city of Liege in Belgium and was made in the 1830s.
Comparable objects were recently offered and sold on the international auction market. The pommel of the grip is additionally decorated with a monogram with the letters W or WO?.
This piece is in good condition and no severe damage is visible in the images provided.
A fair market estimation would be between 700 to 1.500 USD.
